Tom Araya (Slayer) Reacts To Fascist Accusation; Shares Conspiracy Theory
Slayer frontman Tom Araya shared a post on his social media that caused some controversy. Earlier today, Tom Araya shared a supposed Russian intelligence document that has been declassified by the Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe. This assessment claims Hillary Clinton drafted a plan to tie President Donald Trump to the Russian hacking during the 2016 US election.
Tom Araya added the following caption to the post: “This is interesting has anyone heard about this?!”
One follower commented “Facho Araya” and the former Slayer lead singer was fast to reply:
“Why are you here!? Talking shit? Is that it?”
Several other followers weren’t happy with Tom’s post. One other follower wrote: “Go back to playing n singing clown!😂”
While some fans were offended by Tom’s post, others took the time to make some jokes.
One fan wrote: “No Tom sorry, I live in Ireland 🇮🇪an the pubs have been closed for 6 months now 🤣we have are own problems here.”

This is not the first time Tom Araya uses his social media accounts to share political and social opinions.
Last month, Tom Araya, former vocalist and bassist for Slayer, released a video on his Instagram page where the Democratic Party presidential candidate Joe Biden seemed to be sleeping in a TV interview. However, the footage published by Araya was manipulated, as it was not Biden in the original situation.
Blabbermouth posted the story and points out that the interview was conducted with singer and actor Harry Belafonte and is dated to the beginning of the last decade. In a new version that started to circulate on the networks, Joe Biden appears in the place of Belafonte, supposedly sleeping live on television.
In the post, Tom Araya wrote:
