Dave Grohl was asked if he’ll ever run for POTUS
In a new interview with BBC, Dave Grohl was asked several questions about the band’s lyrics and their upcoming album “Medicine at Midnight”. Foo Fighters will release their new album Medicine at Midnight next month.
When asked about the lyric content of the record, Dave says:
“There’s optimism in the lyric and it seemed to make perfect sense because of everything our country has been through.”
“I was raised somewhere in the middle and I realised that these things can co-exist somehow. It’s never easy. But there has to be some sort of co-operation or understanding or collaboration to keep the wheels from falling off – and that was the way I grew up.”
When asked he would ever consider running for President of the United States Of America, Dave’s reply is brilliant and hilarious:
“Absolutely not!” he laughs. “It’s hard enough to be the singer of the Foo Fighters, I can’t imagine being the effing president.”
