Nickelback Release HEAVY METAL Charlie Daniels Tribute Song “The Devil Went Down To Georgia”: LISTEN
Nickelback have just released a pretty heavy version of the iconic track by Charlie Daniels “The Devil Went Down To Georgia”. For this track, Nickelback collaborated with Canadian guitarist Dave Martone. The song was released today and it’s one of the heaviest Nickelback songs to date.

Nickelback isn’t the first band to release this song in the last couple of months. Korn also released a cover song of the The Charlie Daniels Band classic "The Devil Went Down To Georgia", featuring a guest appearance by rapper YelaWolf. The song was exclusively released on Bandcamp.
Charlie Daniels passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 83 of a hemorrhagic stroke at Summit Medical Center in Nashville.
