Rock is back to the top of the charts.

Machine Gun Kelly has reached a very important milestone. The first rock album by the Cleveland artist has reached the number one spot on the Billboard Charts.

The numbers have been reported by HitsDailyDouble, which states that “Tickets To My Downfall” has sold around 117k units during its first week and it’s the first number one album for MGK. According to Cleveland.com the album’s bow at No. 1 marks the first time a Cleveland-bred artist has conquered the Billboard 200 since Nine Inch Nails released “With Teeth” in 2005. That’s 15 years!
