Corey Taylor Releases New Song “HWY 666” And It Feels A Lot Like “The Devil Went Down To Georgia”

Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman, Corey Taylor just released an animated music video for a new song from his upcoming solo album. “HWY 666” is the third single for “CMFT Must Be Stopped”. The video was produced by Toon53 Productions. Several fans have pointed out that the track is clearly inspired by ‘70s rock and “The Devil Went Down To Georgia”.

Corey Taylor just released two new songs last month: “CMFT Must Be Stopped” and “Black Eyes Blues”. Both songs will be included on a new album titled “CMFT” that is coming out later this year. “CMFT” is set to be released via Roadrunner Records on October 2nd 2020.
