Ace Frehley (ex-Kiss): “Trump Is The Strongest Leader That We’ve Got”

It has been awhile since Ace Frehley and his former KISS bandmates saw eye to eye and, in the meantime, there have been several controversial episodes including the guitarist's departure process: Gene Simmons claims Ace Frehley was fired, while Frehley says he was the one who left the band. Now, thanks to new statements by the ex Kiss guitarist, we can say that his coexistence with the other members - or at least with Paul Stanley - would be very difficult today due to political opinions.

During an interview on The Cassius Morris Show, Ace Frehley was asked about politics and he had a few words to say:

“I don’t think politics and rock ‘n’ roll mix — in my opinion. And I try to stay away from that as much as I can.”

“I mean, once in a while, I’ll make a crack. I will say I’m a Trump supporter. All the politicians have had skeletons in the closet. But I think Trump is the strongest leader that we’ve got on the table.”
